Unique Spray Cap is a budget alternative to pushbutton and atomizers. Suitable for bottles with neck 24/410.

● as a usual flip-top cap (liquid flows freely if a bottle turned down more than 90 degrees from the vertical).

Specifications
The cap is completed with a tube of the required length for the selected bottle and is supplied complete set.
Recommendations for use and testing
● We recommend using with bottles up to 300 ml and test on the product
● The bottle must be filled with the product to no more than 2/3 of the volume because air must be inside to spray
● When using bottles from other manufacturers, select the suitable hardness of the bottle. It is necessary to provide a sample of the bottle so that we can choose the required tube length
● We recommend testing on your product as the dose and dispersion of the spray depends on the correct bottle stiffness and the user's pressing force. As a result, the cap may be functionally unsuitable for some products where accurate dosage and perfect spray uniformity are very important
● The bottle can spray the product only in a position that deviates from vertical by no more than 70-80 degrees. When the bottle is tilted down, the liquid will flow out
● It is necessary to pay attention to the choice of the label and to test the bottle with the glued label and full filling with the product. Please note that depending on the repeated pressing force, the bottle and / or label may deform slightly - this is normal practice of using this type of closure
Sustainability
The cap is suitable for eco-projects; the term “eco-packaging” is applicable to it.
The cap and tube are made of mono-material (polypropylene) and are recyclable, unlike conventional sprays. Classic pressure sprays are not eco-friendly, as they contain metal parts inside (springs, etc.) or outside (metal or foil "skirt"). In the case of using conventional sprays in eco-projects, they must comply with the metal-free concept (no metals, foil or aluminum).
