New square shape bottles for cosmetics

The new series of bottles for cosmetics "Kvadris" is suitable for women's and men's series of face, body and hair care cosmetics. There are 3 volumes in the series: 100 ml, 150 ml, 250 ml. The 100 ml bottle can be used as a travel or mini version of the product or face care products like tonic, serum etc. The 250 ml bottle is ideal for shampoos, conditioners and shower gels. Standard neck 24/410 DIN. The surface can be usual (semi-gloss) or soft-touch.

1. Ergonomic

There are no sharp corners and the all the edges are rounded so the bottle is comfortable to hold in hand and squeeze while using.

2. Optimal dimensions for the shelf

Usually square shape bottles looks lower than other bottles of similar volumes on the shelf. Bottles "Kvadris" have a high neck so they are the same height as competitors.

3. Compactness

The square-shaped bottle is compact and easily pack in a box. It takes up little shelf space.

4. Optimum rigidity 

Usually it’s difficult to press and squeeze the product from bottles which has square or rectangular shape. Therefore we designed the optimal rigidity and the wall thickness for «Kvadris» bottles. So customer can easily squeeze even a viscous product without overpressure. Also if the bottle is equipped with a dispenser it doesn’t deform.

5. Stable

The bottle is stable on a shelf in a shop and even on a narrow bathroom shelf.

6. Sustainability

The bottle is made from 100% mono material, so it is 100% recyclable. The neck of the bottle is designed so that the product is fully used when the customer turns the bottle upside down while squeezing out the remaining product.

Decoration

The shape is ideal for labeling and silk-screening, all edges of bottle can be used.  Silk-screen printing is applied only to the flat part of the edges, not applied to the radius. We have expensive high-precision equipment, so we can produce any complicated design with very thin lines, exact match of details and accurate color reproduction.

When applying silk-screen printing, various color combinations are possible on the edges of the bottle.
Screen printing can be applying as 3 color per 1 cycle or 6 colors per 2 cycles.
Options for 1 cycle:

1. One color for 1 side (3 sides);
2. 3 colors for one side;
3. «2 + 1» - 2 colors for one side and 1 color for any another side.

If silk-screen printing applying in 2 cycles it can be 4-6 colors in different combinations on any sides.

*Lifehack! In the case of manual labeling, stick it on 2 sides through the corner. The high neck also makes it possible to apply a foil sticker, as the manufacturers of Korean and Japanese cosmetics often do.

1. Flip-top cap «Style»;
2. Disk-top cap «City»;
3. Screw cap «Simple»;
4. Dispensers of other manufactures.

The caps can any colors of caps are available. Hot stamping decoration with colored foil can be applied over clichés or all over the caps (gold and silver foil is in stock, other colors available on request). Standard neck allows equipping with a dispensers and sprays of other manufactures. Depending on a type of the dispenser, the bottle can be positioned in different price categories: the dispenser with an aluminum collar or foil hot stamping allows you to position your product at a higher price.
